Hey there, I'm Tim, the guy behind Dark Spring Coffee. You can find me posted up outside Dalston Junction Station in Hackney, Tuesday through Sunday.

I serve amazing coffee and buy premium, sustainably sourced and eco-friendly coffee beans from Extract Coffee.

I am also available to hire for all types of events, from weddings to corporate events. I can easily cycle to most parts of London and pitch up with no fuss. Then if the event is further afield, I can easily drive to where you need me.

I am self sufficient, so won’t require mains power, water and don’t use a generator. This means no pollution, less noise and no fuss. So whether you’re looking for someone to serve coffee on a pavement, indoors or in a field I’m your guy!
